I am not an electrican, plumber, or licensed contractor, so I cannot legally do any electrical, plumbing (not including basic faucet installation, etc.) or any structural work.

If you need help with a project or repair and you're not sure whether I can help, feel free to ask. I can always say ‘no’ if it is something I can't do and refer you to a qualified person who can!
